We are a certified Great Place to Work company.

We’re looking for a Junior Analyst to join our team and support the production of macro and market analysis across fixed income, gold, oil, U.S. equities, and emerging markets/LatAm. The role combines daily market monitoring, data gathering and organization, and assisting in the creation of institutional reports and client‑facing content, working directly with the team lead.

The key requirement is the ability to quickly and accurately translate market developments into clear, well‑structured content across multiple formats — webinars, news pieces, written reports, and client materials. It’s not only about understanding what’s happening in the markets, but also about turning that analysis into concise, useful insights tailored to different audiences and channels.

Responsibilities

  • Market Monitoring — Track daily news from the central desk, analyze macro events and market movements (fixed income, gold, oil, U.S. equities, EM/LatAm) and extract relevant insights.

  • Content Translation & Adaptation — Translate and adapt market analysis into clear, audience‑appropriate formats: webinars, news pieces, institutional reports, and client‑facing materials.

  • Local Analysis Production — Prepare simple local market analysis documents and support the research process through data organization and structuring.

  • Data Gathering & Structuring — Collect, clean, and organize macro and market data to support research and reporting.

  • Content Creation — Produce high‑quality content on international markets, including articles, reports, videos, newsletters, and digital materials.

  • Portfolio Analysis Support — Assist with portfolio performance tracking, asset allocation reviews, risk assessment, benchmarking, and periodic summaries.

  • Seminars & Client Education — Deliver in‑person seminars on international financial topics; potential opportunities to present abroad.

  • Cross‑functional Collaboration — Work with internal teams to support content distribution and promotional strategies.

  • Statistical Tools Usage — Use R, Python, and other analytical tools to support research, visualization, and content development.

Requirements

  • Educational Background — Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Interest in Financial Markets — Strong motivation to build a career in the financial sector, particularly in international markets.

  • Market Knowledge — Understanding of global financial markets, including equities, indices, Forex, and macroeconomic drivers.

  • Analytical Skills — Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and structure insights clearly.

  • Content Adaptation Skills — Ability to turn complex market information into clear, accessible content tailored to different audiences.

  • Software Proficiency — Familiarity with financial analysis tools; knowledge of R or Python is an advantage.

  • English Proficiency — Professional‑level English (mandatory).

  • Experience — One year of experience in international market analysis is desirable but not required.

  • Work Style — Strong organizational skills and willingness to work mostly on‑site.

What we offer

  • Hands‑on Market Exposure — Direct collaboration with the manager and daily exposure to global macro and market analysis.

  • Training & Development — Continuous learning in markets, research, content creation, and analytical tools (R, Python).

  • Career Growth — Opportunity to develop expertise in market analysis, financial communication, and institutional research.

  • International Exposure — Potential to deliver seminars abroad depending on business needs.

  • Collaborative Environment — A close‑knit, supportive team with strong cross‑functional interaction.

  • Performance Bonuses — Performance‑based bonuses available after the initial period.

  • Hybrid Flexibility — Mostly on‑site role with some hybrid flexibility.

  • Work Schedule — Hours: 8:30–18:30 (Mon–Thu), and Fridays tend to be shorter :) 8:30–15:00
