Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality customer service to English-speaking clients
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling complaints by providing clear explanations and effective solutions
  • Monitoring financial markets and staying up to date with current developments
  • Updating and verifying client information in the CRM system
  • Collaborating with international branches and internal departments

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (both at C1/C2 or native level)
  • Willingness to work in a rotational shift system (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM)
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools

 

Nice to Have 

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of financial markets and understanding of the company’s core business
