FX/CFD Junior Account Manager

As a Junior Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role within XTB’s client acquisition and value creation strategy as part of its FCA UK business. You will be responsible for developing your own portfolio of trading clients, providing them with personalised support, market analysis and product education so that your portfolio meets monthly revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage your own portfolio of trading clients.

  • Convert a steady flow of qualified inbound leads into active traders.

  • Provide personalised client support, platform guidance and basic market insights.

  • Educate clients on trading products and help them navigate market opportunities.

  • Maintain regular communication to drive engagement, retention and revenue.

  • Meet monthly activity and revenue targets using XTB’s intelligent sales systems.

  • Continuously develop your market knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in financial markets, trading or investment (previous experience is a plus but not essential).

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Confident, proactive and motivated to work towards targets.

  • Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts, especially related to trading and market analysis.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously.

  • A positive attitude, resilience and a willingness to grow within a fast‑paced environment.

  • Previous sales or client‑facing experience is beneficial but not required - full training is provided.
