• Reviewing new regulations, circulars, laws, and guidelines and advising on necessary actions
• Reviewing and approving marketing materials, affiliate content, client emails, reports, and website content
• Drafting, implementing, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures
• Periodically assessing effectiveness of internal controls and implementing corrective measures where needed
• Preparing and submitting annual and ad-hoc compliance reports to regulators (e.g. CySEC) and the Board
• Providing inter-departmental compliance support and delivering ongoing employee training
• Assisting in resolving client complaints professionally
• Conducting periodic AML/CFT investigations and reviews
• Reviewing and approving KYC documents for individuals and legal entities (onboarding, monitoring)
• Monitoring and recording client transactions
• Contributing to ad-hoc Compliance/Legal projects as part of the team

• University degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the CFDs/Forex industry
• CySEC Advanced and AML Certificate (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• High attention to detail, strong organisational and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and meet tight deadlines
