Junior Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your own portfolio of trading clients within the Italian market

  • Convert qualified inbound leads into active, trading clients

  • Build long‑term relationships to retain and support active clients

  • Achieve quarterly revenue and net deposit targets

  • Maintain awareness of market trends, key price levels, and major economic events

  • Provide daily client support via phone, chat, email, and during educational events

  • Assist in planning and delivering educational webinars, workshops, and other events

  • Collaborate with the Italian sales team to strengthen XTB’s presence and brand

Requirements

  • Sales‑oriented mindset; experience in finance, banking, or FX is preferred :)

  • Ability to work independently with strong self‑motivation

  • Excellent Czech (written and spoken) and good English proficiency

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • High level of organization, planning, and strategic thinking

  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment

  • Strong computer literacy: CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Creative, dynamic, and proactive approach to problem‑solving
